Hometrack Proposals

Hometrack has an ever growing client list which means they require lots of proposals. The current process is far from efficient requiring several rounds of edits with the design team.

The Challenge

Create easy-to-use proposal form for the sales team while cutting down the necessary turn around time.

About the Proposal

This new proposal design functions as a fillable form the sales team can take to client meetings.

They can edit in real time the necessary content and send to the client directly after the meeting. It can also function as their slide deck.

No design step is required, freeing up time for larger projects.

A La Carte

A La Carte items are gray until selected. Selected items on the “Overview” page auto select on the “A La Carte” page.

Pricing

All pricing blocks are linked. Two blocks with the same required information will auto populate once a sales person enters it in one of the corresponding block.

Example: Enter “$189.00” next to “25 Photos” and it will appear under the “Photography Packages” and “Overview” pages automatically.

Branding & Sales

All client and sales information can be swapped in by the sales team at any time, making the turn around time immediate as opposed to days.
